Some projects are not brochure sites. A registration system, a booking widget, an internal tool, an API between two platforms that refuse to talk: small software, scoped tightly and shipped whole.

A working product where the boring parts got real attention: data modelling, access control, and an admin experience the client already understands, usually because it lives in the WordPress dashboard they use every day. React where it earns its keep, plain JavaScript where a framework is overkill. Everything is scoped in writing before anything is built, so the line between done and not done is never a debate.
how it works
We start from the problem, not the feature list. I write up the scope with acceptance criteria you can hold me to, quote it fixed, and build in stages you can test as they land. If the honest answer is that you do not need custom software, I will say so on the first call.
